Same Old Theme Since 1916

Remake of an old piece that was taken off long ago due to how much I disliked it.

Fallout character: Gabe. Made for Fallout 3 back in the day and instead of being another Vault Dweller, I made him a wastelander that grew UP in an old sewage drain with a small colony of people that were raided by Super Mutants for Vault 87. Well this is the scene where Gabe literally LOSES it due to being in there for weeks and survived on... human flesh frankly.

My last picture had him looking just sadistic which now doesn't look right. He looks more so horrified here. His old mentality gets eaten away by a violent one in which he's a cannibal, a slaver, a thief and a traitor. He causes destruction anywhere he can cause it and just does it for the caps. He sides with the highest bidder and if you cross him, he will probably kill you. OH and he's not smart. I'm dead serious. He can't read or write, and hacking terminals is probably WAY beyond his reach. Probably due to the holes in his brain from radiation poisoning.
